Sebastien established Veritas Credit Corp in 1991 in Stamford CT, an operation which expanded to 10 countries by providing the highest quality credit reporting and analysis in the market. Sebastien sold Veritas to the Credit Insurer Coface in 1998.
Sebastien founded TheoFinance in 2001, an order to cash business process outsourcer with a focus on improving results in the factoring industry through offshore operations in Mauritius. This company was bought by Credit Agricole and Sebastien is now dedicated to the credit insurance and services offered by Tradian Corporation.
David Santos is a seasoned credit insurance professional with 20 years of experience in the credit insurance and commercial credit services field.
David established the Chilean subsidiary of Veritas, the leading Latin American credit reporting company which was purchased by Coface. David joined Euler Hermes in Boston, MA was later asked to establish the Euler Hermes insurance operation in Turkey, where he remained as CEO for 4 years, and returned to New York as Director of Sales and Marketing in North America for the Euler Hermes World Agency.
David holds a BS in finance from Providence College, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and in addition to the US, has lived and worked in Chile, Mexico, Belgium, and Turkey.
